1. Scope of Architectural Services

KidsCasa Studio specializes in architectural planning, custom furniture joinery, sensory nursery design, and turnkey interior fit-out for children's bedrooms across the State of Qatar.

By accessing our website (kidzcasa.com) or engaging our studio for in-home consultations, 3D spatial modeling, or turnkey fabrication, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. In-Home Consultations & Site Surveys

Initial in-home surveys are scheduled by appointment across all Qatar municipalities. Our design team reviews architectural layouts, daylight exposure, existing MEP infrastructure, and child ergonomics.

Clients receive an initial design concept proposal and scope estimate. Formal technical joinery drawings and 3D visual renders are produced upon execution of a formal Studio Retainer Agreement.

3. Custom Joinery & Material Quality Standards

All bespoke bunks, study desks, and architectural storage built by KidsCasa utilize certified European hardwoods (FSC-certified oak, beech, and birch), soft-close Blum hardware, and certified zero-VOC waterborne finishes safe for sensitive respiratory systems.

Natural timbers feature inherent variations in grain, tone, and texture. These nuances are celebrated hallmarks of genuine bespoke craftsmanship rather than manufacturing defects.

4. Developer NOCs & Civil Defense Compliances

For villa renovations within private master developments (such as The Pearl-Qatar, Lusail City, or West Bay Lagoon), KidsCasa coordinates with community management bodies to obtain necessary work permits, electrical NOCs, and civil defense clearances prior to commencing on-site installation.
